The Court Garden

As you enter the garden, you are overwhelmed by unique sensations, and the senses re-awaken with each season. The garden of Corte della Maestà is a secret treasure trove that overlooks the alleys of the village, and is protected by the imposing walls of the apse of the Church of San Donato. Originally it was a Roman villa, then an alley that formed part of the village and now it is a private garden that offers the unique feeling of being in the centre of the village without being seen. In fact, during the summer season, guests can enjoy the intimacy and beauty of the garden characterised by Mediterranean plants, 5 olive trees and a centuries-old fig tree interspersed with the ruins of Roman columns. It is the ideal place for a relaxing breakfast accompanied by the colour and scent of seasonal blooms.
